The department invites bids to provide managed cloud infrastructure, support, and data storage for operating and expanding the national service gateway.
The selected supplier will provide managed compute, storage, and network infrastructure for the national service gateway and its connected agency services for a term of two years. The service must be delivered from data centres located within Myanmar.
The scope includes a 99.9% availability commitment, 24-hour monitoring, daily backups, and quarterly recovery drills. The bidder must also provide a detailed plan for migrating existing services with no downtime.
Companies that meet the following conditions are eligible to bid —
Legally registered in Myanmar with evidence of tax clearance.
Successful delivery of at least two cloud hosting contracts of comparable size within the past five years.
A recognised information security management certification (for example ISO/IEC 27001).
